FogBugz Technical Support

Is there any way to format text inside fogbugz? I tried to set up a list using html coding, and that did not have any effect. Is there an alternate method? Did I miss a configuration option?

Right now, there are no rich text or HTML options available for case edits or email.  We are looking into this for a future version of FogBugz.  I will add your request here as a vote for this feature.  Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this!

Don't hold your breath, Ari. This has been asked about for a few years now, and every time it's the same response: "we'll consider it".

I apologize if that answer sounds like a repeat... It's not.  In fact we just had a meeting about a different product and this came up today in regards to that. 

I wish I could get into the specifics of when and how cases get pushed forward through the dev queue, but sometimes we just don't know.  Plus it's tough because even Jason and I and Eric don't even know when/if something will make it into a release until that release is fully built.  But you can bet that we're at the meeting advocating for all of the things you suggest here (and they're logged in FogBugz).

Rich text editing is really, honestly, on the list (along with a boat load of other requests).
